K6QG Valley Springs
HF is a Force 12 C4-SXL, 40 thru 10. Then a 27 element KLM (older than dirt) yagi for 432, and the 6m, 2m quad. Hard to see, but they are there full size160m and 80m shallow angle inverted V dipoles.
The 70ft tower on a 600ft hill top, with down slope away from antenna base of between 6 and 10 degrees in all directions. Free standing, tilt over so the old goat can work on the antennas from a step ladder. Need an up dated photo... The 27 ele is gone. and the Quad is now a 3 bander. 6, 2, and 432, it reduced the wind load and physical weight.The photo with red sky is from RF burns on the bottom of the clouds. HI HI
