Steve NC6R took this moment to discuss that in previous discussion it was decided that the dues be increased, but no vote was taken. He repeated the proposal that individual dues change from $20 to $35 per year, and family dues increased from $30 to $45 per year. Discussion regarding the need included financing for awards, none of which had been made for two years, and the need for web services which had previously been covered by a club member, not the club. A motion to increase the dues was made by Skip Chraft, N6NFB, and seconded by Bob Hess, W1RH. The vote to approve was unanimous.
Officer nominations: Jason Pritchard, KE5JTS, agreed to run for VP. We still need a President. Sue Allred, K6SZQ and Skip Chraft, N6NFB have agreed to stay on as Treasurer and Secretary, respectively. For director, Jay Harmor, KE6GLA, Rich Cutler WC6H, and Jeff Stai WK6I have agreed to run.
