- Any tips to share? Learn CW, it’s good for an aging brain. Also, timing is everything in a contest … you don’t need a flame-thrower station
- Are there ways you help or give back to the hobby? I help new/old hams get on digital modes
- Other Hobbies: 3D printing has become a fun second hobby. I’ve been filling my house, and my relative’s houses, with all sorts of stuff. Hi!
- Anything else you would like to share? My two webs: www.qrz.com/db/wu6x and www.yourmissioncontrol.com plus a couple pictures attached of current station and me. I am a Vietnam veteran with 12 years in the Navy reserves. My favorite op mode is CW and recently purchased an Alberto Frattini, all magnetic, Evolution bug … so smooth, even a caveman can send CW. I hope to get you in the log soon, now with over 48,000 Q’s!
